4. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.
We may use:
  • Strictly necessary cookies – required for the site to function.
  • Analytics cookies – to measure traffic and usage (for example, Google Analytics or similar tools).
Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or via the cookie settings on our Website (if available).
A more detailed description of our use of cookies is provided in our Cookies Notice.

  • Public authorities or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
  • Potential partners, advisors or investors, but only in aggregated or anonymised form, so that you cannot be identified.
We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we will take appropriate safeguards to protect your data, such as:
  • using providers in countries recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection; or
  • signing Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
  • Emails and enquiry records – for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards (for example, up to 3 years) for internal records and to resolve potential disputes.
  • Analytics data – for the retention periods configured in the analytics tools we use.
We may keep data longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@leretage.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
